ROMANIA'S BIG PROFITS FROM THE BLOOD OF THE STRAYS- THE REAL REASON BEHIND THE BARBARIC WAR!!!

For every dog caught, killed, cremated the local dog pound invoices its local city hall on average 120 euros each dog, the city hall then take from the public purse (local tax payers) and sends a nice hefty cheque back to the dog catchers and city pound that are normally related in some form or another to the mayor of the city hall or the mayor is on the dog catchers payroll. Now do you see why they need public backing, why the scaremonger tactics?

They are not asking for the citizens permission to kill the dogs, they are asking the citizens if they can con them out of the taxes they pay the city halls!!!

THIS ENTIRE EXERCISE AND SCAREMONGER TACTICS IS A BLATANT MISUSE OF PUBLIC FUNDS, SOMETHING THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION CAN STOP AND INVESTIGATE

The Romanian government states its strays are so very dangerous towards humans.
YET other European countries who have a higher rate of dog attacks, or lower Human population but higher dog attack ratio advocate sterilization NOT BARBARIC AND UNFOUNDED MASSACRES.
